The villa is located in the quiet, self-contained urbanization Parque Del Rey in the middle of Playa Blanca. 10 minutes walk from the beach/town center.
There are 4 bedrooms, all of which can be locked separately. All rooms have a window and a beautiful view of the greenery and the wonderful nature around Villa Alula and especially on the property.
The bedrooms have all been newly furnished. Bed linen and towels are of course provided and will be ready for you upon arrival.
Each room has storage space and closets.
The master bedroom has direct access to the huge bathroom. This has two sinks and 2 modern rain showers. Everything has been completely renovated. The bathroom has extract air and, if required, a roof hatch that can be opened and closed by remote control. The bathroom is pure luxury.
The other bedrooms are connected via a hallway. There is also the second bathroom with toilet, sink and rain shower. Also completely renovated and ultra-modern.
The kitchen has been completely renovated and has the latest technical equipment installed. There is an XXL refrigerator with a large freezer compartment and ice cube and crushed ice dispensers. There are dishes for everyone, lots of glasses, cups, wine, beer and shot glasses.
You will find a dishwasher, cutting boards, various pans, pots, paella pans, sharpened knives, wine openers, various grill accessories, a sandwich maker, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, spices, oil, vinegar, and so on.... This kitchen leaves nothing to be desired!
Above all, the view of the beautifully planted garden makes your heart beat faster while cooking.
A little tip: The window is particularly practical as a hatch into the dining area and barbecue area outside in the garden. No long carrying through the villa!
The living area is also luxuriously designed. There is a TV, games consoles, board games and much more.
There is also a tastefully furnished dining area inside the villa.
Outside you will find two further dining areas around the pool. There is a separate kitchenette with a gas grill, a drinks fridge for cold drinks by the pool and plenty of loungers, as well as a hanging chair. All with a breathtaking view of the Montaña Roja.
The pool is 8x4m and comfortably heated. It is cleaned regularly during your stay. There is also a safety tarpaulin that can be individually extended and retracted.
The special thing about Villa Alula is that, unlike other villas in the area, it is heavily planted. You are surrounded by beautiful flowers and palm trees. Especially in the evening, when the indirect lighting bathes the plants in warm light, you can feel the luxury of Villa Alula. It offers the all-round carefree package. Luxury for families!
If you are travelling with children and babies, there is a portable baby bed available on site. If high chairs or other things are required, we can of course arrange these. There is also a washing machine.
